GLOBAL DIVERSITY is a group of ICT professionals wholly owned by Kenyans, established in 2004 to provide a range of Telecommunications, Networking, Consultancy, ICT, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) ,and Information Management Services solutions to all our Kenyan and international clients. It is a group dedicated to improving the efficiency of communications to our customers.

Global Diversity is driven by the spirit of innovation, research, credibility, and reliability, built around world class human resources and infrastructure, powered by people obsessed with delivery and has  minimum capacity of 10 seats. We strive to deliver ever-improving levels of customer care and support, and cater for needs of the Small, Medium and Large Enterprises (SME) market.

Without skilled personnel who carry the right attitude, the most sophisticated technology solutions in the world will inevitably fail. Great businesses, especially those that weather tidal changes in the business world, are built on equally great human resource bases.

Outsiders often comment that the passion of the people at Global Diversity is a little disconcerting. This is by design, not by accident. It is the outcome of a process where like-minded and highly skilled ingenious people are encouraged to pool their collective energies together and focus on a common goal - Service Delivery. We even go a little further... making a mistake (crashing a server, etc), is not considered criminal... what is considered criminal, is not learning from the experience, since we believe that experience through learning is much better than anything one can get in any school. 

This obsession with excellence emerged in the early days of Global Diversity, and it’s something that we work hard at to ensure that is never lost. Whether they are business managers, technicians, sales people, account managers, operations personnel, marketers, front line or administrative staff, Global Diversity strives to unleash the potential of all our people, in-house or not.
